Head - Retail Banking

We have an urgent opening for Head - Retail Banking with a Mid-sized MNC bank in Mumbai.

Role details are:

- The role carries the overall responsibility and business accountability for Bank's Consumer Banking business in India. This will involve strategy formulation and execution.

- The incumbent will be required to lead the branch expansion and manage and expand the Bank's asset portfolio.

- Applicant should hold experience in successfully managing various business lines across Consumer Banking/Wealth Management/ Distribution

- He/ she should be able to develop business strategies, understand market opportunities, competition and create the value proposition

- Should display the ability to build an effective organization that is client centric

- Should have strong capability in driving processes that are compliant and customer focused-

- Should be able to develop and implement cross-selling strategies and understand customer needs

- Ability to the understanding of Operation/credit risk, collections, Compliance, Regulatory issues etc.

- Have strong people management skills
