Client – Reputed Bank spread Across Tanzania.

Education - CA / Equiv

Location – Comores - Tanzania

Desired Experience – 15 years

Age – Not more than 42 years

Role – Head Retail Banking.

- To lead retail vertical of the bank, being responsible for CASA, alternate channels & fee based income.

- Keep a close tab through market intelligence, to remain innovative and competitive;

- Partner & associate with the (strategic) solution providers to offer services through alternate channel (Cards /
Electronic banking / Mobile banking etc.) for creating a niche in the market & establish profit centres in the bank;

- To leverage technology for competitiveness & achieving business objectives;

- Responsible for CASA & Core Fixed deposits;, Retail & SME asset book;

- Lead marketing initiatives for products, services & brand positioning for Comoros-

- Knowledge of French is desirable.

Ex Pat Compensation –

- Basic Salary – 2 Lakhs + per month

- Furnished accommodation

- Transportation

- Family Status(wife and up to 2 dependent children under 18 years of age)

- Family passage(Economy Class)

- Annual Leave 28 days

- Annual Bonus based upon performance
