At least 12-15 years + of Banking experience in Retail Banking activities with exposure to ITeS Industry will be added advantage.

Job role :

- Must have worked in the Retail/ Commercial Banking space extensively in technology and / or operations areas for global markets. This could be either directly working for a Retail/ Commercial bank or a technology services provider

- Strong consulting skills and deep experience in Domain consulting engagements will be a significant advantage in this role

- Must have deep understanding of the industry and technology trends in the space and build a Practice Capability Roadmap. Experience of working on proposals (RFP/ RFQ/ RFI) is desired.

- Must have the ability to connect with customer and lead conversations/discussions on deals / programs and able to present solutions with relevant business perspective to potential customers.

- Should be able to build relationships at senior levels within the client organization.

- A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment
