JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE

1. Responsible for preparation and presentation of audited financials - quarterly and annual – Standalone and
Consolidated financials. Compliance of Accounting Standards, Listing Agreement, Companies Act, RBI
Regulations for accounting.

2. To lead the key strategic initiatives w.r.t systems automation/process improvements across the group of
companies and to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in compliance with the statutory
and regulatory laws.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities

Closing of books- Monthly closures – all income, expenses – provisioning, prepaid – to be accounted for
Finalization of financial statements.

Responsible for releasing quarterly newspaper publication with presentation to ACM.

BCP Plan- Introduce 'Archival of schedules/ information

To Build customer relationship

To improve transaction work flow process for smoothen, process driven and accountable

Team development: Expertise & skills

Transaction processing – outsourced and in house

Process Improvement & physical verification of fixed assets

To formulate and drive measures for Value Creation and Business Process Improvements

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

MBA (Top Tier B-School)

CA/ICWA preferably first attempt qualified.

Functional Skills

Deep Understanding of Financial Services Business

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent knowledge of the Co.’s/Income tax Act/RBI/SEBI regulations & Accounting standards

Flair for process improvements and automations.

Relevant and total years of Experience

10 to 12 years of experience in handling Retail Accounts & Strategic Initiatives of Banks/ NBFCs
