Head - Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement retail strategies for growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.

Operations Management:

- Oversee store operations, sales performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor retail teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure exceptional service, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.

Merchandising:

- Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product mix, inventory, and store presentation.

Sales & Marketing:

- Align retail activities with brand strategies and drive in-store promotions.

Reporting:

- Analyze performance data and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years in retail management, preferably in furnishing or home decor.

- Proven leadership and sales growth experience.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
