- A professional resume writer with proven ability to craft winning and targeted resumes and cover letters leading to increased job interviews.

- Independent self-starters who can ideate and execute projects end-to-end both individually and with a team.

- Good grasp on different types of Jobs and Functions in different Industries and their requirements and very strong knowledge of keywords to accurately represent candidates experience & increase search rankings of resumes.

- Experience of having worked on delivering outstandingly effective resumes for diverse clients (executive to entry level) preferably across different countries.

- Deliver high-impact, performance driven and visually persuasive resumes.

- An outstanding experience of setting up processes of resume services to enable career support from freshers to C- Level encompassing the following services-

- Cover Letter writing

- Executive Resumes Writing and Branding

- Resume review and editing

- Resume Creation

- LinkedIn Profiles

- Visual/Graphic Resumes

- Extremely detail oriented and have excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills in English language

- Should be a specialist in creating keyword-optimized LinkedIn Profiles for higher search rankings and enhanced branding.

- Must have proven Leadership skills and abilities to lead a team to achieve aggressive goals.

- Understanding of basic design styles and layout standards

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

- Apply a structured and organized approach to work

- Good working knowledge of Desktop publishing tools Word, Power Point, XLS, Microsoft Publisher etc.

- A passion for language and for creating seamless, user-friendly experiences

- Mentor and guide team members and other writers to manage quality and improve process efficiency

- Directly client interaction via phone and/or email to understand and highlight relevant experience and skills for the resume.

- Experience of supporting on outplacement projects will be an added plus.
