About Us:
The Company is a leading F&B brand with multiple outlets across Salem. We're seeking an experienced Head - Restaurants Operations to oversee our in city outlets in Salem and its outskirts.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our restaurants operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple F&B outlets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction across all 8 outlets.
2. Outlet Management: Oversee the operations of 8 F&B outlets, ensuring each outlet meets or exceeds its revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
3. Team Management: Lead a team of 8 Restaurant Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they achieve their goals.
4. P&L Management: Manage the P&L accounts of all 8 outlets, ensuring cost control, revenue growth, and profitability.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement customer satisfaction initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences across all outlets.
6. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality food, beverage, and service standards across all outlets.
7. Compliance: Ensure all outlets comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 8-12 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and quality control.
4. Age Group: 30-40 years.
