Head - Resource Management - IT Captive

The Head- RMG would be responsible for:

Leading the resource management function of the Organization.

Will be involved in IT resource management - Creating strategies, Requirement fulfilment, Bench management, Rotation, Coordination with recruitment function, tracking and monitoring effective utilization of onsite requirements, handling internal rotation, managing internal movements....

Will be responsible for managing a team of resource managers
