Role -Head RMG ( Recruitment Management Group) for an IT Setup

Job Description

The Resource Management Head will be responsible for recruitment and allocations across the business and partner heavily with different verticals to manage the full ecosystem of resources and effective development of an organization's human resources

- Oversees the hiring, staffing needs across locations in India and Global operations.

- Produce a monthly Resource for the organization that shows allocations for teams, open roles, and over or under-staffed teams.

- Work with key stakeholders to identify and track the moves of team members between businesses.

- Provide insight and analysis of key talent acquisition and management issues across the organization.

- Work with the teams to identify new hire needs (New scope, Attrition, change in needs), vet and justify the need to hire against current team availability and provide recommendations on the requests.

- Manage the workflow for Open hiring mandates

- Work with the teams to accurately project hiring needs, anticipate and plan for future demands of resources

- Hire the talent from conventional and nonconventional methods including social media, digital platforms, campus cost effectively

Looking for MBA HR, with 16-24 years of Resources experience, specifically in IT Industry.
