Job Description: Candidate would be heading the Research Desk and will be charged with the full responsibility for continuously analysing real estate markets for new trends, developments and news

- Tracking and analyzing the macro-economic and real estate indicators and transactions on a regular basis

- To come out with city reports on a quarterly basis, providing critical analysis of demand, supply, outlook going forward after studying current trends

- Preparation of Investor updates giving current trends of Real Estate on a quarterly basis

- Knowledge of various micro markets (Top 7 Cities) and providing critical inputs to the investment team for taking investment decisions

- Keep abreast of latest developments in various economic sectors and different asset classes of the real estate sector

- Study and analysis of various new policies of the State/ Central Government affecting real estate sector

The Successful Candidate:

- Hands on experience of around 10 years in Market Research

- Consultancy with a good exposure to Real Estate sector
