Head of Research, Monitoring and Evaluation - Renowned NGO (Pune)

- Our client is a renowned social transformation organization that bridges government, corporates, non- profits as well as citizens to create a sustainable livelihood for underprivileged urban youth.

- You will work closely with the program implementation team and design as well as conduct research projects to understand the nuances of program impact. As a researcher, your insights, and findings will enrich and deepen the program design.

Roles & responsibilities :

1. Design and execution of baseline surveys and research into the impact of an agency-led approach to livelihoods.

2. Gaining an in-depth understanding of the impact of the Lighthouse program at the community level.

3. Identification of research partners as relevant.

4. Building tools and systems for monitoring and evaluation of the Lighthouse program and guiding the work of the data & reporting team.

5. Data quality audits for program-specific data across the organization.

Eligibility :

1. Ph.D. in Social Sciences

2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the social sector/ corporate sector.

3. Academic research paper publication experience is preferred.
