As the Head of Research & Development , you will be a driving force behind our innovation efforts, spearheading the development of novel specialty chemical products and solutions. You will lead the R&D Centre and a talented team of researchers, scientists, and engineers to push the boundaries of technology and ensure our continued growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Wide array of knowledge base availability from Globally leading players in respective technologies;

2. Greenfield project of setting up a technology center to cater to above mentioned diverse technologies and handholding it from an application center status to an R&D facility in a period of 5 years;

3. Leadership and key business role to traverse a journey of rapid growth via innovation over a broader range of disciplines.
