Role : R&D Head

Experience : 15+ Years

Job Location : Pune

Education : Doctorate / Ph.D / Masters / Bachelors in Electronics / Instrumentation

Job Profile:-

To Lead a team of Electronic ( Analog, Digital ) Engineers as well as Embedded software team of engineers as well as Communication protocols team & software teams.

Integrate them and guide for various projects involving Process instrumentation, sensors, Controllers.

Technical development of team members as well as hands on direct technical guidance would be required,

Good knowledge of Field sensor input card design that involves analog circuit design would be necessary as process instrumentation involves Analog signal inputs.

Good understanding of EMI/EMC. Low voltage directives and electronic noise immunity standards would be essential.

The skills must be updated to new standards and good understanding of latest electronic manufacturing standards, PCB Layouts, Testing etc must be essential.

Create patents and required approvals which suits the customer requirements. Serve as a one point contact for all projects he/she prepares and coordinate with other team members. Drive strong engagement at work and work collaboratively.
