- Lead a team of new product development professional

Job Description :

- Reporting into the Regional Managing Director (EMEA) will be responsible for:

- Expertise in steering the entire product development cycle including requirement analysis, planning, monitoring, market surveying, component development, prototype development and overall testing for components.

- Responsible for monitoring of process developmental projects, cost saving and productivity improvement objectives

- Develop and maintain relations with key accounts with focus on product development

Profile :

- Master's in food technology with more than 15+ years of work experience with at least 5 years of team leading experience

- Senior Research & Development professional with 15 years of rich product management texperience who excels at leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects.
