Head- R & D (Food Products-Bakery/Seasoning/Pasta/Cake Mixes etc.)

We are looking one candidate for "Head-R&D" position with one of our client into Bakery/Pasta/Seasoning.

Job Location - Pune

Education : Graduate-Food Tech/Biotech

Required skill set :

1. Incumbent should have very good exposure into new product development and Research and Development activities related to Bakery/Pasta/Seasoning/spices

2. New Product development activities from idea to commercialization

3. Handling compliance & Regulatory as well QA/QC activities.

4. Dealing with other stake holders

5. To lead the NPD activities include (planning, scheduling, product testing, selection and modification, develop testing procedures .

6. Training and Development to the associates related to the latest trend and technology.

7. Liaising with other stakeholders within the organisation and outside the organisation.

8. Handling the complete R&D budget inline to the management objective.
