JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: R & D Head

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic R&D Head who has an eye to understand the changing trends in the industry. As a head, you will be responsible for NPD, EPD and process improvement.

Job Description:

- Lead key projects in R&D to support the business goals of the organisation.

- To continuously improve our existing product's , to be the best in the industry.

- To monitor the feedback from the Market/customers and understand the trends in the industry and suggest new verticals to the management.

- To develop new products with unique USPs and good GP that will help the organisation to improve its top & bottom line.

- To study the new food laws in India & abroad and modify our products to meet those standards.

- To study different alternate raw materials so as to improve the GP of the products

- To study the process line and suggest alternate methods to reduce cost and improve yield.

- Improve our existing Lab to do all tests in house.

- Co-ordinate with other departments to implement the different certifications required.

Job Specification:

Target Industry: Food processing (Breakfast products)

- Proven experience as R&D Head or relevant role

- Excellent in MS Office & Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills

- Masters in Food Science required

- Job Location - Ernakulam, Kerala
