Your excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem- solving skills, superb people leadership skills, along with effective stakeholder management and a keen eye for detail is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.

You will be self-motivated and able to effectively manage deadlines, deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritise appropriately. In addition, you will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong relationship building skills with both internal departments and external parties.

Key Responsibilities of the role holder: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced professional to lead Research and Advisory role for Merisis Wealth. In this key role, the incumbent will act as a public face of Merisis Wealth and deliver a range of bespoke services to high profile and successful HNWs and UHNWs through meaningful Research and Advisory services.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Act as public face of Merisis Wealth.

2. Create clear and actionable investment strategies aimed at both organic and inorganic growth of the firm, across agreed client segments.

3. Build a strong advisory technology platform.

4. Create and curate individual portfolios across asset classes and clients.

5. Actively advice clients on existing portfolio strategies basis their risk profiles and wealth creation goals.

6. Work with clients on building, managing and rebalancing their portfolios

7. Develop and institutionalize processes and SOPs aimed at superior client experience.

8. Maintain and develop knowledge of regulatory policies and guidelines

9. Develop engaging and relevant content aligned to the interests of clients. This may be market and business intelligence, research, private briefings, and/or publications.

10. Build a strong Advisory team in conjunction with organization's growth and plans.

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Work experience:

- 12-18 years Relevant experience in Investment Advisory / Wealth management

- MBA /CA or equivalent from a premium institute

- Relevant certifications

Desired Knowledge / Skills:

- Strong industry and product knowledge, including understanding of applicable compliance rules and regulations

- Ability to think and execute strategically, prioritize and resolve complex problems

- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills, including delegation of work

- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others

- Ability and interest to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
