Role Definition
- Resourceful at maintaining business relationship with both existing and new clients to achieve business targets.
- Analyze trends of Indian and global indices and commodities.
- Skillful at monitoring & motivating the workforce to enhance their efficiency & assist them to deliver quality services to clients.
- Excellent Relationship Management, Analytical & Communication Skills.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of all commodities mainly precious metals.
- Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Channel Management and Operations in Commodities and Currency.
- Technical Analysis & Intraday and positional Call Generation.
- Write economic or Analytical or trend based reports on commodities or global markets.
- Expertise in sales and marketing efforts, new business development, market analysis, staffing, etc.
- To give leads on large clients & convert them,
- To convert existing equity clients in commodity clients,
- To set up corporate Advisory Desk,
- To co-ordinate with all branches for commodities.
- Arbitrage & Agri knowledge.

- Sales, Set Processes, Reporting & MIS, Leadership skills, Problem solving, client conversion, Agri commodities knowledge, Technical charts, communication, Exchange related formalities.
Soft skills
