- Responsible for financial reporting requirements including statutory accounts, capital adequacy reporting, large exposures reporting and statistical reporting.

- Responsible for quarterly & annual financial & statutory reporting

- Manage a team of 20+

- Strong understanding of investment banking exp exp of FSA regulatory reporting.

- Exp of working with the Basel II regulatory framework
