Head - Regulatory Reporting - BFS

The candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Strong working knowledge of the rules related to the calculation of regulatory capital, RWA and leverage (Basel, PRA or another major regulatory regime);

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

- Strong problem solving skills;

- A proven ability to work and thrive across a multi-location team;

- Experience in coaching, developing and motivating staff;

- Professional approach and presentation; and

- A good understanding of the regulatory treatment of a broad range of products, particularly those related to Global Banking and Markets, would also be desirable.
