Head/Regional Manager - HR Business Partner - APAC Region - Manufacturing

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the APAC Region, you will be pivotal in driving our people strategy and ensuring our workforce is aligned with our business objectives. The candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders across multiple countries in the region.

Responsibilities:

1. Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.

2. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.

3. Provide strategic HR consulting and advice on various issues, including talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.

4. Implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to employees.

5. Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.

6. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

7. Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HRBP roles.

3. Proven experience working in a multinational organization, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.

4. Deep understanding of HR best practices and SAP.

5. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in key Asian markets.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
