Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have a degree from a reputed college.

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Recruitment industry.

- A proven track record of managing recruitment for multiple clients.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.

- Should have lead or managed a team of not less than 10 people for at least 2 years.

- Able to lead diverse teams, multi-task, and work under pressure to meet aggressive budget and schedule targets.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Should have experience using Analytics products, Email and SMS services, well versed in mobile and web technology and current trends in digital marketing.

- Should be well networked within Corporate/SME HR circles for the following industries - Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, BFSI, IT, Healthcare.

- Preferably should have experience in different recruitment verticals i.e. mass recruitment, white collar, across various industries.

Skill Sets to look for :

Culture building - Creating a culture both within and extrinsic to the company and brand to foster a positive attitude towards better working.

Drive - Should be hungry for personal gains thereby being able to add value to the business and its goals.

Analytical approach - Numbers were driven. Loves keeping score and analyzing the results and costs of sales efforts and their impact on the business.

Leader - Should be a people person with a well-defined ability to manage teams and motivate juniors to achieve targets.

People-centric approach to processes - Avidly reviews the candidate experience and provides feedback to improve this across the organization.

Technical proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and familiar with digital platform possibilities & strategies.

Role :

Work closely with verticals across the company (technology, operations, marketing and customer service) to define talent recruitment objectives and initiatives.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.

- Communicate recruitment goals and objectives with recruiters.

- Train recruiters to perform resume searches on external databases (e.g., Monster, CareerBuilder).

- Maintain the internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidates- geographical locations, and availability for new work).

- Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.

- Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active candidates.

- Build networks to find qualified candidates.

- Review applicants to evaluate their qualifications and whether they meet the position requirements.

- Prepare weekly reports and assist clients to show tasks in progress, the number candidates matched, and the number of qualified candidates hired.

- Proofread job requests and other related materials.

- As talent head, he/she is responsible for not only recruitment but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also a KRA.

Salary offered: 15-22LPA
