We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client in Mumbai.
Our client is a large Manufacturing organization having multiple offices and plants across India. They are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a Head of Talent Acquisition to help in their growth.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire Talent Acquisition process, managing Stake-holders and managing the team. He will be responsible for on-time and within-budget hiring.
To qualify for these positions you should:
- Have a good educational background
- Have around 13+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Must have experience in a large manufacturing organization
- Have at least 2 years of experience of managing TA independently
- Have experience in establishing and managing SOPs
- Have good experience in managing Hiring Managers and their expectations
- Have good experience in closing tough-to-fill positions
- Have Excellent Communication Skills
- Be from Mumbai (locals only)
