About our Client - Our client is one of the world's largest providers of managed IT services on a cloud platform. They work with most of the Fortune 500 companies and are currently looking for a Head-Talent Acquisition, to be based out of Mumbai.
Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head and managing a team of 4 reportees you would:
- Define the organization's talent attraction and recruitment strategy on a PAN India basis to position it as an Employer of Choice
- Spearhead and execute the recruitment program for the organization and ensure top quality talent
- Strategize and plan manpower budgeting and job requirements in co-ordination with the functional leadership Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from colleges, workplaces, databases
The Successful Candidate - You have worked in an Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role for 15+ years with a strong focus and experience in IT, Software Development, Telecom, Networking, IT infrastructure, ISP hiring. You would be conversant with niche hiring skillsets in the mentioned fields in an MNC setup. -You (preferably) have a relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline) -You have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken Experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting etc -Demonstrable creativity with respect to sourcing candidates
