Our client are seeking a very senior Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and drive the recruitment strategy for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in talent acquisition within the real estate, hospitality, or construction sectors across India, the Gulf and Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and operational roles.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and implement proactive hiring strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top industry talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes, including technology and analytics-driven hiring.
- Manage external partnerships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other hiring platforms.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition domain (MUST).
- Industry: Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, or Infrastructure domain (MUST).
- Proven ability to hire senior and niche roles in a fast-paced environment.
