About our Client : Our client is a leading Indian Conglomerate and are global provides of communication services to leading MNC's and service providers. They currently have a large employee base in India and also employ people global in the UK, US and APAC regions. With strong growth plans in the India market, they are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to be based in Mumbai.
Job Description: Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Tata Communications Ltd Recruitment Operations Programs, Policies and Procedures @ Global Level
- The Role Holder would be the Lead - Project Manager for all Global Recruitment Operations related projects generated from Corporate
- Evaluate regional applicability, gain buy in and priority from regional Recruitment Services teams and manage projects from kick-off through to implementation
- Liaise with other Regional operations teams to identify opportunities to leverage best practice programs & policies for local applicability
- Evaluate customer needs against the value add to the business, global scalability, enterprise-wide applicability, and impact on recruitment metrics
- Lead communications and change management efforts for all programs, policies and procedures to ensure adoption and compliance by all customer groups within the region
- Collaborate with Regional Operations teams to facilitate effective cross business Talent Networking / Market Intelligence
- Provide guidance on the processes and tools to manage the use of market intelligence information. Facilitate collaboration between business segments in Talent Networking, via career fairs, college recruiting, or other shared sources of networking
- Establish web based resources for recruiters and managers to access Recruitment operations information and ensure effective communications regarding policy & program updates globally
- Design process scorecards, metrics and reporting strategies
- End to end digitization of the hiring process (Recruitment)
The Successful Candidate:
- You will come with 12+ years of total experience with a focus on setting up Talent Acquisition processes and matrices at a global level.
- You will be involved in defining and setting up Analytics Framework and processes, the HR metrics, reports and trend analysis.
- Exposure to working in a matrix organization and managing virtual teams will be required.
