Role: Head-TA

Education: MBA (HR) or Similar from a Premier B-School

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 15+ Years

Essential Skill:

1. The Ideal candidate should be from a Global B-School with min 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment.

2. Have Demonstrate experience in Campus Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Exec & Niche Skills.

3. Familiarity with all India Tax Terms with strong exposure in across job boards such as Portals, Social Media.

4. Strong knowledge in Networking as well as free sites to search for appropriate profiles.

5. Maintenance of RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies) Register by contacting, discussing and capturing the required updates from each of the various teams with in the entire Program.

6. Prior experience in hiring full time, Contract and Contract-hire employees for SMAC, Autonomics & Cognitive skill sets.

7. Ability to manage requirements coming from multiple streams and fulfilling them by working with sales team and recruitment team.

8. Maturity and good articulation skills.

9. Excellent Communication Skills.

10. Negotiation Skills.

11. C Level interaction with open to travel

What will you do-

1. Will manage 360 degree of TA for the company.

2. Responsible to own the team of recruiters working the IST time zone, defining their targets, review and optimize performance, set KPIs etc.

3. Manage and expand the recruiting team ensuring coverage that supports a high hiring bar and continually improves

4. Evaluate and implement recruitment processes and strategies that support the recruitment of the best talent.

5. Experience with innovative sourcing strategies, and help building robust pipeline of diverse talent

6. Develop training strategies that would help recruiters meet the changing demand in the recruiting industry

7. Partner with the Delivery Mangers to develop strategies that would facilitate the growing requirement flow across existing and new clients

8. Can work in a data driven environment and analyze data to provide insights and feedback to recruiters to ensure quality is met in a timely manner to across various clients.
