Desired Skills and Experience :
- Strategy, talent, market trends, stakeholder management, people management
- Manage Sourcing mix effectively
- Work closely with the talent attract team in devising specific niche skill attraction strategy (Hackathons / Linkedin Sponsored Groups/ Google add-words etc)
- Keep the team abreast with latest search techniques and market trends
- Help team comply to process and generate required data (MIS) for decision making Desired Profile
- Minimum of 15 years in recruitment
- Excellent team leading skills
- Operational command on recruitment
- Experience in working in Niche Skills with high volumes
- Market knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure, strategy, talent, market trends, stakeholder management, people management
