Job Title : Recruitment Head

Reporting to : VP - HR.

Experience : 6 years to 14 years.

Job Description :

Liaise with multiple business heads to understand the hiring demand and outline a resource fulfillment plan for multiple Location requirements.

Managing Vendors, sourcing team and recruiters to ensure there is enough talent pool in process for resource fulfillment at any given stage.

Strategizing and planning hiring events across locations.

Manage and Monitor Establish performance goals to meet efficiency levels, Recruiting, Operation and quality assurance standards, Possess strong team leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.

Involve in managing Cost per hire and turnaround time for resource fulfillment.

Ensuring Operational excellence, process adherence and compliance in the team managing escalations

Publishing weekly hiring dashboards to stakeholders in respective LOB"s

Develop and implement systems and drive process improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment life cycle

Prepare day, week and monthly reports of the entire team and develop new strategies for the growth of employee's performance.

Drive programs, like referrals, interviewer participation and recognition for the success of the team

Full-fledged on Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) - technical recruiting from sourcing all IT Technologies Technical, Functional, ERP, All IT resumes technically screening candidates negotiating rates, scheduling and co-coordinating interviews and Excellent experience in Complete Recruiting Process, hiring onboard successfully with right planning task.
