Urgent opening for Head-Recruitment in a leading business consulting Firm
Looking for candidates with strong exposure in Recruitment activities preferably from consulting/ Research/Analytic Background.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying the workforce that is required to meet the desired business objectives
- Appointing the best possible staff and managing their career mobility to their best efforts.
- Co-ordinate with operating staff for regular updates, and compliance with the time lines.
- Arranging and reviewing Job Analysis, Job Descriptions and Human Specifications.
- Handling all the functions of employee joining to leaving formalities.
- Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same.
- Reviewing existing practices; identifying & implementing practical solutions pertaining to reward, compensation and benefits.
- Responsible for maintaining Medical Benefits, Attendance Records, Leave, Leave Encashment, Travel Benefits, Reimbursements as well as Personnel files and records.
