Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in BPO/BPM Industry Recruitment.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Strong decision-making skills and excellent communication.
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Create and maintain a recruitment roadmap, considering both short-term and long-term goals.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods, leveraging social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessing technical and cultural fit.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Employer Branding and Networking:
- Enhance our employer brand through effective communication and marketing.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand our professional network.

HRIS and ATS Implementation:
- Evaluate, select, and implement HRIS and ATS systems.
- Optimize system functionality for efficient recruitment processes.
- Train team members on system usage and ensure data accuracy.
Strategic Hiring:
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify critical roles and skill gaps.
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns for key positions.
- Implement succession planning and talent development strategies.
Compliance and Process Enhancement:
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Generate regular reports for senior management.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Head of Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of BPO and IT industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and performance.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices.
