Job Description - Work with the Business Unit head to define, implement & monitor strategies for media buying on RTB platforms

- Work with senior management to establish and manage relationship with various RTB platforms across the world

- Responsible for creating and making a compelling sales pitch to sellers on various RTB platforms

- Run advanced statistical analysis to build insights & recommendations on media buying strategies across platforms

- Responsible to translating revenue targets for the team into an executable plan by working closely with the campaign management team

- Liaising closely with the technology team to suggest product improvements & enhancements

- Manage day to day operations of the campaign management team

- Responsible for preparing monthly reports and presentations for management

- Responsible for resource planning, recruitment and training for the operations team

The Successful Candidate - MBA from a Tier 1 university with 4-5 years of relevant experience in online marketing and digital technology. Minimum 2 years experience working in the Real Time Bidding space with experience in managing digital advertising campaigns for large clients and excellent understanding of advanced statistical analysis. Excellent organization and problem solving skills with proven track record on team management and leadership. Excellent business acumen - a keen eye to snap up opportunities that surface through the course of managing an account
