The Commercial Division team is one of the most experienced in the business and has on its client list some of India's most respected corporations. This positions is a part of Commercial Division team.

Job Description - A role incorporating traveling all over the country. The main responsibilities will be to carry out client negotiations focusing on price, quantity and working to a specific time frame. He will be :

- Reporting to National Head Occupiers Solutions Group (Commercial) Heading a team of Managers + Asst. Managers across the Occupiers Solution Group functions in Bangalore.

- Pitching for Business Development.

- Keeping abreast of latest developments in various industries and tap potential clientele based on a systematic study of the environment.

- Lending expert guidance to the Occupiers Solution Group in transacting deals.

- Establishing rapport and understanding with the current clients to ensure repeat business.

- Coordinating the recruitment and training activities with the HR in Bangalore.

The Successful Candidate -

- The candidate will naturally have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as excellent organizational skills.

- You must have leadership & man management experience and have an open minded personality.

- Local knowledge of key competitors and trend analysis is a must.

- You must be fluent in English and have strong understanding of local cultures.

- Strong Marketing & Networking skills and patience and perseverance as skills are mandatory Graduate in any discipline + Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration (Mktg).

- Hands on experience of 8-10 years in sale/purchase/lease transactions in Real Estate will be a right fit
