Product Head

Job Description:

- Develop a strong understanding of the current product profile of Client

- Benchmark the products of Client against other top developers (like Top Real Estate/Tier 1 Real Estate Developers in India etc) and identify scope for improvement on the same.

- Establish the areas of improvement through multiple sources (such as customer survey, market analysis, etc) and identify the specific areas of improvement that can result in customer paying premiums.

- Actively drive product finalisation for all future projects of Client

- Frequently monitor site progression of existing projects and ensure that the product is being developed exactly in line with the agreed specifications.

What we are looking for:

- Qualification: Graduation either in Civil Engineering or in Architecture.

- Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience working with a Grade A developer in product conceptualization and finalization, architect coordination, site monitoring, etc.
