About Our Client :

Our client is a global retail company with a significant presence in the ASIAPAC market. Over the years, they have been growing exponentially, and are renowned for their innovative practices. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory in the India market, and are looking to recruit a Head of Real Estate Acquisition, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for :

- Managing the entire real estate acquisition practice for the company. This will include aspects of site selection, deal negotiations, due diligence, and managing long term plans for the company.

- Liaise extensively with internal and external stakeholders, and advise on all real estate matters.

- Managing a team of about 10 professionals, and will be responsible for their growth and development.

The Successful Applicant :

You will be a post graduate with around 15 years of experience.

- Prior experience of about 8 years in real estate acquisition (across the country) is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a large team.

- You will be required to liaise with external stakeholders, and hence must possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
