Head - R&D - Textile/Pulp & Paper

- An opportunity to manage the R&D Team and focus on Innovation Pipeline in addition to improving productivity of existing product line

- Lead the End to End Product Development Life cycle from Product Concept/Ideation to taking it to Mass-Commercialisation

- Our client is one of the largest Indian multi conglomerate ranging across Personal Care/Home Care and Hygiene Care with a 15-25+ years of presence and multiple manufacturing and research and development centres in India

Description : 

- An opportunity to manage the R&D Team and focus on Innovation Pipeline in addition to improving productivity of existing product line

- Lead the End to End Product Development Life-cycle from Product Concept/Ideation to taking it to Mass-Commercialisation

- Display good understanding of raw material supply chain

 

- Work along with Cross Functional Teams starting with Sales & Marketing/Consumer Insights to Supply Chain/Manufacturing /Finance and other function

- Develop and Mentor and strengthen the R&D Team and grow and scale up the team further

Profile : 

- The successful candidate will have at-least 15+ years of overall experience with B.Tech/Equivalent Science Degree in Textile Engineering from IIT/Similar Tier 1 Engineering Institutes with at-least 10 years of experience in Leading New Product Development Teams

- Experience in Hygiene Care Segment will be an added advantage
