Head - R&D - Specialty Chemical - PhD

- Development of new products / processes.

- Scale-up of the process from lab scale to pilot plant to commercial scale.

- Development of new Analytical methods

- Development of Eco-friendly & cost effective technology

- Trouble shooting and continuous improvements & cost reduction of existing products / processes.

- Registration of products & impurity profile study.

- General administration of manpower, purchase, maintenance, safety, house keeping, ISO-9000 & ISO-14000 documentation, project reports, literature search, experimental records, DST renewals..etc.

- Coordination with the consultants for cost reduction & improvements.

Must have experience in any of the following :

- Surfactants

- Polymer

- Pharma - API

Education: PhD (compulsory)
