Designation : Head Of Project Management ( R&D Pharma Projects - Formulation / Generic)

Exp : Candidate having experience in project management of Formulation or API or Generic or Crams or any research on Pharma R&D or Drug development etc) will be a fitment.

Title – Head Project Management

Reporting to – President

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 10 - 15 years of experience in R&D Projects into Formulations , Pharma

Role -

- Monitor and Track project milestones and deliverables for all cross functional projects of business importance

- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

- Develop and deliver project progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project teams, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

- Help developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure timely and cost effective delivery on projects.

- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

- Set and continually manage project expectations with stakeholders.

- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools alongwith key stake holders.

- Conduct post project analysis and create a learning depository to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. To ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards.

Skills and Competencies required

- Good business acumen / judgment

- Familiarity with project management software such as MSP etc.
