- Lead the Research & Development Department for New Product Development/Innovation

- Reporting to Regional R&D Head

Description

- Spearhead Research & Development Department for New Product Innovation in their Personal Care segment

- Lead the team in identification of areas for product development through market research & market feedback

- Lead thinking and execution to drive innovation across current and new platforms for new product development

- Manage overall team development and implement process excellence and best practices within teams

Profile

- The successful candidate will have 15+ years of overall Product Development Experience with an Engineering/Science background having worked previously on consumer brands in FMCG

- Highly motivated and self-driven R&D professional with innovation fueled approach

- Must have a track record of managing and delivering with large team setups

- Prior experience of product development in personal care segment would be desirable
