- Leadership opportunity to lead the Research & Development Department for New Product Innovation & Renovation activities for their Hygiene Care Product Portfolio for the India Market

- Strategize Product Development Road-map in accordance with Business Requirement for India and adjoining market

- Translate Consumer Insights into Technical, Innovative, Disruptive Products

- Drive accountability, quality and process standardisation across across all phases of new product development

- Manage overall team development

Profile :

- The successful candidate will have 15+ years of overall Product Development Experience with an Engineering/Science having worked on Hygiene Car Product Portfolios such as Diapers, Sanitary Pads among others

- Prior Team Handling experience as well as expertise having worked in a Cross Functional Team Structure

- Strategic Mindset with a problem solving approach

- Strong understanding of Hygiene Market and Industry in general as well as Raw Material Supply Chain

- Good Communication Skills
