Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Excellence - Work very closely with Management, CEO and CFO to build short term (AOP) and Long Term R&D roadmap and Budget as per the business plan and futuristic customer need. Work on R&D infrastructure setup budget to cater existing and future customer's business requirement of products and be competitive in market on product costing, Quality and durability

2. Program Management - Make strong Coordination with Sales and Marketing Team to collect competitor product strategies, customer demand and market trends. Study of customer RFQs and make business case after taking inputs from cross functional stakeholders.

3. Product Research and Strategies - Drive Product Benchmarking with competitor and build in house capability to counter competitors. Work on different materials composition and ensure new products or improvement in existing products are viable commercially and fulfil customers' expectations.

4. Design and New Product Development - Study the Product Drawing for manufacturing Feasibility of the New Products and prepare techno commercial analysis to make business case for Management. Prepare complete CAPEX planning and ensure all NPD program run as per the budget. Lead prototyping process of New Products Development and ensure production team have followed whole manufacturing process as per the design guideline and quality products are coming as output Ensure timely completion of different events of product development life cycle as per the customer schedule and take approval of customer on developed products before mass production.
