Head - R&D - Decorative Paint

Responsibilities:

- Visit R&D on regular basis

- Oversee vendor development laboratory, paint development laboratory and paint laboratory.

- Drive the new product development, cost reduction through alternate raw material approval and strategic raw material source development of the company.

- Responsible for managing the interfaces like supply chain and marketing during sourcing of new raw materials and product development.

- ISO - Quality system maintenance and improvement in systems
