Quality Head
- Devise and establish quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.
- Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly.
- Where appropriate, advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve best in class quality standards.
Role Responsibilities :
Set & enforce quality standards & expectations :
- Devise and establish quality procedures, standards and specifications; implement and standardize the legal and technical requirements in every point of the supply chain Monitor quality assurance guidelines for different product categories in collaboration with Quality assurance managers & also draft vendors quality guidelines on basis of historical vendor performance
Drive Execution Excellence through Quality :
- Review and reinforce the management of quality KPIS in supply chain, connecting them with business indicators and using them as leverage to grow
People Management :
- Supervise the quality assurance and quality control team and delegate tasks across departments when necessary Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of
- Maintain staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
