Responsibilities:
- To set up Product Quality process - pre product finalization
- Vendor Assessment, Evaluation & rating system
- Ensuring correct measurement of quality standard across all the categories
- Recommend & deploy product quality tools for productivity augmentation
- Pre fulfillment quality check across vendor locations and warehouse
- Identification & documentation of critical business processes.
- Identification & closure of process non conformities
- Building up the process from the scratch.
- Publish monthly CTQ dashboards
- Conceive & deliver Quality Awareness Programs
- Identify opportunity for cost management program.
- Continually update self knowledge on competition activities, industry news & business insights.
- Call Center Quality processes
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal Stakeholders.
- Well versed with quality methodologies
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
- Exposure to multi culture work environment.
- Strong data analysis skills.

Educations:
- Btech + PGDBM / MBA - Operations with certification in Quality
