Job Details are as under
- Lead the development and deployment of the Transactional Quality Roadmap for the accounts aligned.
- Identifying areas of significant improvement in the back end processing systems and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
- Needs to have a domain experience in content development, design, data management, outbound, inbound and other outsourcing mediums.
- Lead and do Project Management for few strategic initiatives.
- Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members for improving quality of deliver
- Lead the development & deployment of the Customer Satisfaction measurement systems.
Knowledge, Experience and Education -
- Knowledge & expertise in quality auditing and improving quality of all business transactions
- Knowledge of Statistical tools/ Knowledge of various Quality Systems
- Knowledge of process development and change management.
- Competent in Transactional Quality Project planning, Project Leadership and team facilitation
- Create a team environment of accountability and commitment for reaching project goals
- Very strong analytical skills and result orientation
- Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities - high energy and self-starting individual.
- Demonstrate the coordination skill to facilitate discussion to build solution and get the same executed.
- Facilitative Leadership skills - influencing skills, mentoring and coaching - to be able to drive change in the organization
