Head - Quality - Forged Components - IIT/BITS/NIT

- This position is one of the senior most role in the organization overseeing Quality end to end of more than three plants spread across the city. The Factory Heads will be reporting to this designation.

- It is desired to have a seasoned Metallurgist/Engineer with proven track record in handling Quality systems across the manufacturing process from Inward RM to End supply including New Product Development.

- Preference would be given to those having excellent experience in Forging process overseeing Heat Treatment and Surface treatment including casting Process.

- The person should be capable of developing good Quality resources and implement best practices.

- Exposure to TQM/TPM is a must.

- Should be able to handle customers directly on quality circles and impart the desired parameters for effective supplies and maintain Zero defect mechanism.

- Team player with good command on Quality and bring in perfection at all levels in the manufacturing process of effective results.

THOSE HAVING STRONG EXPERIENCE IN FORGING AND WORKED IN TIER -1 AUTO INDUSTRY WOULD BE THE FIRST CHOICE.

AGE ABOVE 50 YEARS WITH MINIMUM 28 PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

POSITION REPORTING TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
