Having an opportunity with a US Based IT services organization for the given role.

Client: US Based Leading IT firm

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

Exp: 15 years to 23 years

Role :

- Responsible for measuring effectiveness of various systems and process followed.

- Create and help in implementing more leaner process to make work effective.

- Audit internal systems and find gaps to evolve organisation for betterment.

- Should be able to understand business strategy and customer requirements to re-engineer process if require.

- Should be able to device company wide matrices and support smooth change management.

- Should be able to measure and cause and effect.

Note: Six Sigma and similar certificates are preferred.
