Experience

- 12-17 Years in EMS Industries and aware of IATF 16949:2016 standards and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

- Hands on experience in New Project introduction, Design Quality , Quality concepts, Six sigma , Quality tools Deep down root cause analysis ,New situation & New quality problems

Job Brief :

- Responsible to ensure and deliver sustainable product quality performance as per customer expectations and for delivery of a quality management system

- Ensure continuously improve internal process so as to meet quality targets.

- Identify talent development requirement for team to excel.

Skills Required :

- Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and Managerial quality tools.

- Knowledge on IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

- Should working experience of using problem solving tools like 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma

- Knowledge on AIAG , Maruti Cente of Excellence, TPM,

- IMDS International Material Data Systems (IMDS), Moisture Sensitive Devices Requirements.

- Should have high learning capacity and strong conceptual strength.

- Must possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Must have the ability to multitask, work independently, under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

- Must be hands on with a very high attention to detail
