Head - Quality Control & Quality Assurance - Carbon/Chemical Process Plant

We are looking for a Head Quality Control & Quality Assurance for a leading process plant.

Location - West Bengal (Hooghly)

Job Responsibilities:

- Minimum 15 years of experience as Process & Quality Manager in Manufacturing plant (Tyre /Carbon black preferred).

- Hands on experience of using Quality Tools for Problem solving & Statistical Analysis. Exposure of handling team of professionals and non-management staff

- This position covers the overall quality management system for Carbon Black Business (15000 Mt/month volume) with core focus on

- In plant quality control to deliver high level of customer satisfaction

- Shipping right quality product as per agreed specification

- On time response & resolution of customer complaint

- Lead in plant quality problem solving with process & technical

- Implement quality management systems - SPC, R&R, standardization

- Control on specification of products

- Lead "contract review" to ensure right customer expectation understood

- Zero repeat customer complaints (ensure proper RCA & PCA implemented)

- Lead plant quality problem to ensure no off spec generation

- Quality analysis of production

- Stock management

- Liquidation of any "deviated quality" in coordination with technical service, marketing, process

- Continual improvement of product quality & consistency

- Coordinate new product trial with process & technical
