Head - Quality Control/Assurance - Mfg/Auto

We are looking for

Position - Head – QC for 2 Units of 500 Cr (at Bhongir, Nalgonda Dist., AP)

Designation : AGM-QC

Qualification required : B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical)

Experience : 15-20 years

Job Profile :

- Head QA/QC for two Units at Bhongir.

- To strengthen quality control systems, analyze customer complaints, pinpoint problem areas and motivate the workforce involved in quality control.

- Liaise with functional heads within the unit and at customer premises.

Desired Profile :

- Candidate should be currently heading the QC function of a continuous process industry / mass production unit with a turnover of Rs.200 crore.

- The candidate should be well conversant with ISO 9000 and SQC procedures.

- Candidates from Auto industry would be preferable.

- Candidate should have been working as Head – QA/QC at the level of DGM/GM for the last couple of years.

Competencies reqd. :

- Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt – Should have done projects

- SPC, SQC

- Lean mgt.

- Communication,

- Team building,

- Leadership

Reporting To : Sr.VP-Operations (Head of the Factory) at Bhongir (Outskirts of Hyderabad).
